CNC International BV is a company dealing with nail products operating in Netherlands. Armand Hoes is the President of CNC International BV, he is is a very IRRESPONSIBLE businessman. We have supplied them lanyards (what is a lanyard? ) for their own company promotion on December 2006. According to their Purchase Order (view the PO here), the goods have to shipped by UPS through their own UPS account number. As instructed by Mr. Armand Hoes, when the goods was ready, we have sent the lanyards by UPS to his instructed address on December 15th 2006 with the tracking number V001 0065 440

Our problem came when he got the goods and seen the bill from UPS - whereas Mr. Armand Hoes is now claiming he NEVER asked us to send the lanyards through UPS or at least not by EXPRESS.

• OUR PROBLEM: Armand Hoes is NOT PAYING the incurred UPS freight cost.

People who are familiar to sending things through UPS know that EXPRESS is the STANDARD service of UPS. Although UPS offers other services such as the EXPRESS+ and the EXPEDITED, without your proper instructions, they always tick the EXPRESS service which is the standard and normal handling.

• ARMAND HOES CLAIMS: He had been very clear about everything ALTHOUGH HE NEVER CLARIFIED ANYTHING - not in his PO and NEVER in his emails first up to the last.

Our Company, Beidi Gifts&Arts Co., Ltd. looks forward to working long business relationship with all our clients thus, we offered Mr. Armand Hoes to split the incurred freight cost. Although he never really clarified in his last emails (before he started ignoring our emails) which service of UPS he really wanted, we presume that he intended to use EXPEDITED which is CHEAPER.

• OUR OFFERED SOLUTION: Armand Hoes pays for the EXPEDITED cost and we will pay for the balance.

Mr. Armand Hoes is the President of an international company, his websites ( www.nailcreation.com , www.nailweb.nl , www.nouveaucontour.com are offered in several languages, but to see him runaway from responsibility of paying for his own irresponsible instructions - I wonder how he deals with his clients.

We do not intend for people to be biased even if you are Mr. Armand Hoes' friends, staff, clients or relatives. We just want justice to be served and thus we are presenting you all email correspondents between Mr. Armand Hoes and our sales staff. You can be the judge.

3. Mr. Armand Hoes EMAIL where he REITERATED " As per our previous email please send the order per UPS on our account number 02AE91 - Armand Hoes "
4. Mr. Armand Hoes EMAIL where he is now denying things " We did inform you to send UPS but not express. - Armand Hoes "
5. Mr. Armand Hoes bully EMAIL - "We are looking forward to your legal actions."

Again, for those people familiar with sending through UPS, UPS states that in case that the Receiver fails to pay any charges, the amount will be payeable by the Shipper. as in UPS terms of carriage.

Our Company, Beidi Gifts and Arts Co., Ltd. sells only lanyards - a cheap giveaway item. We refuse to be responsible for the carelessness and incomplete instructions of a man who thinks he can BULLY everyone as he knows that there is no way we can get back to him.

• WHAT WE WANT: Justice to be served! We are no longer sharing any part of this problem with this BULLY. Since he thinks his company is big enough and untouchable - he should be big enough to pay UPS - alone!
